Doberge Cake – “Doberge” is French for many layers. Marguerite’s Doberge cakes are 5 layers of delicious yellow cake filled with lush, creamy chocolate silk and topped with chocolate fudge icing. The Doberge Cake also comes in Lemon, Strawberry, and Vanilla or ½ and ½ .
Carrot Cake – Our moist, delicious carrot cake is made with toasted pecans, real bits of carrots and frosted with our wonderful, creamy, cream cheese frosting.
Fudge Cake – “Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!” Our fudge cake is made with three layers of devils food cake and filled with rich chocolate fudge and covered with chocolate fudge frosting.
Red Velvet – The red velvet cake is made with the finest cocoa and filled with our delicious cream cheese and frosted with cream cheese and white chocolate curls.
Italian Cream Cake – Our moist, made-from-scratch Italian Cream Cake is made with only the finest ingredients with coconut and toasted-to-perfection pecans and frosted with our cream cheese frosting.
Strawberry Shortcake – Our Strawberry Shortcakes are 3 layers of yellow cake with fresh strawberries in between each layers and topped with whipped frosting and drizzled with chocolate and chocolate dipped strawberries.
Lemon Mousse Cake – Our Lemon Mousse Cake is made with our moist yellow cake and filled with lemon mousse and topped with our creamy lemon mousse.
Chocolate Mousse Cake – The Chocolate Mousse Cake is 3 layers of devil’s food cake and filled with our delicious chocolate mousse and topped with chocolate mousse and chocolate curls.
German Chocolate Cake – Our German Chocolate Cake is made with our delicious moist devil’s food cake and filled with our coconut-pecan german chocolate frosting.
Black Forest Cake – Our delectable Black Forest Cake is made with our devil’s food cake and filled with our delicious cherry filling and topped with our creamy whipped frosting, chocolate curls and chocolate dipped cherries.
